The Mid State Dragway Nitro Blast '08 presented by the Nostalga Pro Comp Association will take place on the historic 1/8th. mile in Havana, IL on Aug. 23 & 24 with an Aug. 22 Friday  Night Test & Tune. Sounds like big fun!

Street Rodder, Sept. Issue, has a 3 Page spread on Jim Gove's "period perfect" hot rod truck, page 138; J.B. Bondurant got some more ink with his '60s 'A' coupe, page 157; Jim Bernhardt's '57 wagon earned a 3 page feature, page 172 and friend of the early hemi, "Ryan Manson" has a 3 page build artical on his early 331. This looks to be a :must read series!
Goodguys, August, knows real hot rods including  Dan Wather's '31 Hudson coupe, page 153 and Joe Hickenbottom's '40 Dodge Gasser, page 170
www.dragracingonline.com has a great feature story on our friend Carl "Cannonball"  Johnsons Hot Heads equipped altered. Check out those header flames level with the wing!
Classic Trucks Magazine, July issue has an interesting artical by Ryan Manson  installing his early 331 in an F1 truck. Lots of good tech info here!

Gasser Magazine, Spring issue included a beautiful centerfold picture of Randy Sacksteder and his Hemi-Fied Willys. The pits aren't the same without Randy. Page 19 shows us Bob Fodge's blown Henry J dressed out in full patina.
Precision Engine Magazine will be running a "Vintage Engine Tech" section and they've started off with a 392. Look for more Hemi Tech articles in coming issues.
Super Rod -May Issue: Check out Gary Beck's "All Aluminum" (and Hot Heads equipped) Hemi powered Deuce Roadster. I think that's 'Webster's' definition of "Ultimate Hot Rod".
It's Official! The team of Gene Adams Performance. Dan Miller, and Hot Heads R&R, Inc. have been accepted to compete in the  '08 Engine Masters Challenge.
Nitro Madness Magazine, spring issue has the '07 NPCA season review as well as a great shot of the Wheeler wheeled, Hot Heads equipped 'A' Fueler on page 15. Pages 18 and 30 have some awesome shots of Mike Hill's "Ultimate (Hot Heads Equipped) Studebaker". Check it out!
Street Thunder Magazine (National Street Machine Club) has a great article including cover shot on a 276 DeSoto build. Thanks to Mark Simpson for some badly needed DeSoto build coverage as well as appreciated compliments to Hot Heads.
