A classic solution for a modern challenge.
Originally the early Hemi vented crank case vapors directly to
the atmosphere through a road draft tube connected to the stock
valley cover. If you're running an aftermarket valley cover,
or just want to be more environmentally friendly, you need to
recycle the crank case emissions back into the engine. One of
these classic styled, polished aluminum 30-degree valve cover
breathers is operable, while the other is converted to house
a PCV valve, which is then connected to a port on the intake
manifold or the base of the carburetor. |
